About Us
Founded in 2025, Calderon Search & Advisory may be new in name, but our roots run deep. We are a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm specialising in ESG, sustainability, and transformation leadership across EMEA.
Our team brings together decades of executive search and advisory experience, having successfully placed and developed hundreds of senior leaders and teams in sustainability and ESG-critical roles across the region. We understand what is required to lead in a world where transformation is not optional – but essential.
Our Name, our Nature
Calderon Search & Advisory draws its name from “Calder,” a word of Scottish origin meaning “rocky water” or “stream by the woods”. It’s also the name of a river in the Scottish Highlands – the river Calder, a tributary of the river Spey – known for its natural power, unhurried flow, and enduring connection to the landscape it shapes. This heritage of movement and transformation runs deep in who we are. Just as the Calder feeds the mighty Spey, we see leadership as a contributing current, shaping broader systems, fueling sustainable growth, and navigating the complexities of change with intention.
We chose Calderon to honour this idea: that meaningful progress is not rushed but resilient, not loud but lasting.
